Getting Started

If you're new to eTU Office Add-in, here are some quick steps to get started:

  4. Click the add-in button to open the task pane

Common Issues and Solutions

Q: The add-in is not appearing in my Office application

Q: I'm experiencing performance issues

A: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and that your Office application is up to date.

Q: The sample table is not being created

A: Make sure you have an active worksheet open and sufficient permissions to modify the document. Try refreshing the add-in if the issue persists.

Q: Manifest loading is not working

A: Verify that the manifest URL is correct and accessible. The URL should be a valid HTTPS address pointing to a properly formatted manifest file.
